Understand the fibre
Wool and synthetic carpets respond differently. A suitable product and method start with the material, not just the visible mark.

A practical kind of care
Understand the job. Make it easier for you.
You should not need to become a carpet-cleaning expert to arrange a clean. Start with what you know. We can discuss the carpet, explain what the work involves and agree the next step.
Our approachTreat the actual problem
Coffee, pet urine and everyday soil are different cleaning problems. One product is not a universal solution.
Think beyond the surface
Water recovery and drying matter too. Adding more water is not the same as getting a better clean.
Leave the carpet to us.
Tell us the areas you need cleaned and your suburb. We’ll help you take the next step.
