THE EQUIPMENT BEHIND THE CLEAN

Truck-mounted power. Care down to the fibres.

DEEP FIBRE BRUSHING

CRB

CRB machine with a stainless steel body, blue brushes and a continuous arched handle, beside carpet fibre diagrams
  • Loosens embedded dirt
  • Lifts trapped pet hair
  • Prepares for extraction
CRB deep brushing: loosens trapped soil and lifts the pile before extraction. Fibre details illustrate the process.

The power of truck-mounted carpet cleaning

Our truck-mounted system supplies hot water and powerful suction to flush out loosened soil and recover moisture from your carpet. The extraction unit stays outside in the vehicle; hoses connect to the cleaning wand indoors.

Strong water recovery helps the carpet dry. Actual drying time depends on the fibre, weather and ventilation.

The CRB machine we use

For a deeper clean, our Premium package adds a Counter-Rotating Brush (CRB). Its twin brushes turn in opposite directions to loosen embedded soil, debris and pet hair, distribute the pre-treatment and gently lift the pile before hot-water extraction.

We assess fibre and condition before choosing the treatment. The CRB is a brushing machine; extraction is powered by the truck-mounted unit.

From the first inspection to the final check.

Our full Premium process is shown below. Silver is the maintenance option; we agree any targeted treatment and the right package for your carpet before work begins.

  1. Pre-inspection

Check the carpet, marks and access, using UV light when required.

  2. HEPA pre-vacuum

Use a HEPA-filtered upright vacuum to remove loose dry soil.

  3. Pre-treatment & deodorising

Apply Bio Bridge pre-spray and appropriate deodorising treatment for the carpet.

  4. Targeted spot treatment

Give individual stains separate attention, with the treatment and likely limits discussed first.

  5. CRB deep fibre brushing

The Premium step: loosen embedded soil, debris and pet hair, and work the solution through the pile.

  6. Truck-mounted hot-water extraction

Rinse and extract the loosened soil and moisture through the wand and hoses.

  7. Post-inspection & aftercare

Review the finished areas together and explain ventilation, drying and ongoing care.

Choose the level of care your carpet needs.

More than a pass with a machine

Different fibres. Different stains. A considered clean.

A bottle of cleaner can’t make every decision. The material, the mark and what has happened before all shape the next step.

Understand professional carpet care

Understand the fibre

Wool and synthetic carpets respond differently. A suitable product and method start with the material, not just the visible mark.

Treat the actual problem

Coffee, pet urine and everyday soil are different cleaning problems. One product is not a universal solution.

Think beyond the surface

Water recovery and drying matter too. Adding more water is not the same as getting a better clean.

Moisture matters

Cleaning doesn’t stop at the surface.

Too much moisture can mean a long drying time and unpleasant odours. Water recovery, airflow and the carpet’s construction all deserve attention.

Underlay is the cushioning below a carpet, and is not always sponge. A surface mark cannot show the condition of every layer. This is a reason to assess the job, not a claim that every hired machine will cause damage.

When pet odour needs a closer look

Less handling. Less guessing.

Your weekend doesn’t need another job.

Hiring a machine can suit routine DIY cleaning when you follow its instructions. Professional help also takes the planning, handling and cleaning work off your hands.

When you hire a machine

  • Collect and return the equipment
  • Choose products and check suitability
  • Operate, empty and clean the machine
  • Plan water use and drying yourself

When you ask BubblePro

  • Arrange a visit to your home
  • Discuss the carpet and the problem first
  • Have the agreed cleaning work carried out
  • Discuss drying and aftercare for your carpet

The value is in the time, work and judgement involved. Costs depend on your job, so we don’t make a blanket price comparison.

Easy to arrange

A little information. A lot less to organise.

  1. 1

    Tell us the basics

Your suburb, the areas to clean and the main issue. A short description is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Agree the work and cost

We discuss what your carpet needs, the quote and a suitable time before arranging the clean.

  3. 3

Let us take care of the clean

The agreed cleaning work is carried out, with advice on drying and using the carpet afterwards.

A clear quote, for the actual work

A quote that fits the work.

Room size, soiling, stains, pet odours, stairs and access affect the work involved. We explain the scope and cost before cleaning. Any additional treatment is discussed with you first.

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much will my carpet clean cost?

The quote depends on room size, carpet condition, any targeted treatment, stairs and access. Send a brief description to get a quote for the work you actually need.

Will every stain come out?

Not every mark is removable. Fibre type, the cause, age and any earlier products can affect the result. Some discolouration or damage can be permanent.

How long will the carpet take to dry?

Drying varies with the material, cleaning method, weather and ventilation. Ask about drying arrangements for your home; there is no single time that fits every carpet.

Do I need to move furniture?

Mention furniture and access when enquiring. Before the visit, agree which areas need to be clear and which items you will move. Keep small or fragile items out of the work area.
