Information we collect and your choices
A quote request includes your name, suburb, selected contact method and the phone number or email address you provide. We also collect the service, property and cleaning details you submit. Preferred timing and problem history are optional. Security services may process IP addresses, browser details and request information to prevent abuse.
Providing information is voluntary. We need the required contact and cleaning details to accept an online enquiry and respond meaningfully; without them we may be unable to quote or contact you. You can call or email instead. The form accepts text only. Please do not send payment-card, identity or tenancy documents through it.
Why we use your information
We use your details to understand the cleaning needed, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange an agreed service, respond to questions and maintain relevant service records. We also use technical information to secure the website and prevent misuse.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a booking. We do not publish your comments or property photographs without separate permission.
Storage, sharing and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiries in access-controlled infrastructure. Its Turnstile security check and short-lived rate limits help protect the form. Service processing may take place outside New Zealand.
Information is available to the people who need it to respond to your request and arrange the service, and to providers supporting those functions. If email notifications are enabled, an email provider processes enquiry details to notify our business inbox. Information may also be disclosed where New Zealand law requires or permits it.
An on-screen confirmation means your enquiry has been saved. It does not confirm that an email has arrived or someone has read it. Keep your reference and call us if you need to follow up.
Security and browser technologies
The room planner calculates locally. Room counts may be carried to the quote form in the page address. If you enter a suburb in the planner, it is temporarily kept in this browser tab to fill the next step, expires after 30 minutes, and is removed after a successful enquiry or a planner reset. Names and contact details are not stored by the planner. Selecting rooms does not send an enquiry.
We use access controls and website security checks to help protect personal information. Cloudflare security features may use cookies or similar browser technologies for verification and abuse prevention. We cannot guarantee that every internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits and enquiries successfully saved by our website. Google may process this data outside New Zealand. We do not send your form contents, contact details, query strings or referring page address to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled.
You can decline without affecting the website or quote form. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is stored in this browser; analytics cookies expire after up to six months and are removed when you withdraw permission.
How long information is kept
